BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of Public Works for 84th St NE & 163rd Ave NE Intersection Improvements, including the construction of a roundabout with splitter islands, curb, gutter, and sidewalks. Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainage, bioretention facilities, paving, channelization, ADA ramps, and other work.
