EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approved by Ken Klein 7/26/23

 

PURPOSE: To increase an existing Administrative Specialist .5 FTE to 1.0 FTE.

 

BACKGROUND: The 2023 Adopted Budget included 0.5 FTE for an Administrative Specialist FTE and has a need of an additional 0.5 FTE. This request includes 0.25 FTE being transferred from the Office of Hearings Administration to the Office of the Public Advocate. This increase will allow the Public Advocate to fill the 1.0 Administrative Specialist FTE to provide administrative and in-take support to the program as the office will be relocating to the service level first floor.
