PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-25-0400SB for Asphalt Services, Unit Price
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for Asphalt Services, unit pricing for contemplated work including, but not limited to, Site Preparation, Hot Mix Asphalt Repair, and Site Features as described within the original bid documents and Bid Proposal Form. Work is to be completed in accordance with WSDOT Standard Specifications, 5-04.3(4), Preparation of Existing Paved Surfaces. WSDOT Section 5.02 (See 5-02.3(2)B Seal Coat and the requirements set forth in the specifications, drawings and contract documents. Three (3) bid submittals were received with the lowest responsible bidder being Pony Up Parking Lots with an award amount NTE $1,000,000.00.
