PURPOSE: Approval of Agreement CC06-24 will allow Snohomish County Public Works to utilize Retrac, Inc. dba Think Safe, Inc. for CPR Training Services.
BACKGROUND: The Road Maintenance Division of Public works (PW) wishes to provide CPR, AED and Adult First Aide Training to Road Maintenance staff Through a Request for Proposals (RFP) PW has solicited the services of a consultant to assist the County with CPR, AED and Adult First Aid Training. Retrac, Inc. dba Think Safe, Inc. was one of six firms responding to RFP-23-086LY and was selected through established Federal, State and County policies and practices. A Professional Services Agreement between Snohomish County and CPR Northwest Washington, LLC was negotiated. Total payments for services under this Agreement shall not exceed $37,125.00.
