PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute a Security Awareness Training Enterprise Software as a Service Scope of Work Between Snohomish County and PhishFirewall, LLC for a cybersecurity awareness and education training subscription.
BACKGROUND: Our existing agreement for cybersecurity awareness and education training with KnowBe4 is scheduled to expire September 22, 2026 and a replacement solution is needed. Quote 20260901 was published and three vendors responded. The three quotes were evaluated and PhishFirewall was determined to be the lowest responsive quote. Approval of this Software as a Service Scope of Work will allow the County’s IT Department to proceed with the cybersecurity awareness and education training subscription.
