BACKGROUND: A competitive invitation to bid, ITB-24-029LY was issued to solicit bids for routine and as-needed vactor services and related work for County solid waste stations with an estimated annual spend of $425,000.00 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax for the initial two (2) year term. Two bidders offered competitive pricing for services.
