PURPOSE: The purpose of this ordinance is to update the list of voting precincts within each Snohomish County district court electoral district boundary. This ordinance does not change the exterior electoral district boundaries.
BACKGROUND: The County annually implements voting precinct boundary changes pursuant to SCC 2.47. Snohomish County last updated the list of voting precincts within each District Court electoral district boundary in 2018. (Ord. 18-032). Because of the changes to voting precincts since 2018, it is desirable to update the list of voting precincts within each Snohomish County district court electoral district boundary. This ordinance should be acted upon by May 2, 2026.
