BACKGROUND: A competitive invitation to bid, ITB-25-0480JM Equipment, Snow Removal, was issued to solicit bids for multi-tasking equipment to be used by Paine Field Airport in snow removal. Three (3) bidders offered competitive pricing for Equipment, Snow Removal. M-B Companies was determined to be the lowest responsible bidder and as such selected as the intended Awardee, in accordance with SCC section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(5).
