ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Mead made a motion for the Council Clerk to inform the parties of the following:
1) Council will reserve its decision on summary dismissal of issues 5.1 and 5.4 until it hears argument from the parties.
2) Council will only consider exhibits 1-8 to Deborah Wetzel’s motion for reconsideration to determine whether that motion and Ms. Wetzel’s request to reopen the hearing were properly denied.
3) Council will not consider or include in the record exhibits 1-8 and exhibit 10 to Linda Gray’s written argument.
Councilmember Nehring seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
