PURPOSE: Approve and sign this amendment to CLFR-042 for processes only. This amendment will make no change to the total funds of the original agreement.
BACKGROUND: January 1, 2024; the County entered into an agreement with Ventures in the not exceed amount of $2,000,000. The objective was to engage with community organization to reach out to disproportionately affected business owners in order to assist them in overcoming the fiscal effects of COVID-19.
