BACKGROUND: Parks needs a survey for approximately 7 acres, the Surveyor is to provide markup and provide a stamped PDF and CAD files suitable for permitting and design development; • Mapped features to include 1' contours; • Existing trees greater than 6" DBH, including tree tags and tree table to be added to topographic map; • Property lines; • Edge of paving, visible utilities, other landmarks as needed; • Locate 3rd party underground utility paint markings in ROW and show on map;
