PURPOSE: Approve agreement with Quinn Thomas, LLC, who will develop communications materials for opioid and substance use overdose prevention. Product of County RFP No. 23-075JM Creative Services, NACCHO Communications Campaign.

 

BACKGROUND: Quinn Thomas, LLC, will develop communications materials for opioid and substance use overdose prevention. This campaign will be an equitable, non-stigmatizing, and non-judgmental communications campaign about opioid/substance use and overdose to audiences that include BIPOC community members, community members whose first language is not English, and culturally diverse populations.
