EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Lacey Harper 12/7/22
PURPOSE: Approval of Agreement CCF02-22 will allow Snohomish County Public Works to utilize WSP USA, Inc. to provide Design Services necessary to complete the Granite Falls Bridge 102 replacement project.

This agreement will include all work required for final design, utility relocation design services, geotechnical engineering, environmental permitting assistance and construction phase design services. A Professional Services Agreement between Snohomish County and WSP USA, Inc. was negotiated. The total budget for this ECAF is $3,876,037.00, which includes the agreement amount of $3,776,037.00 and an additional continge...
