PURPOSE: Motion 26-, confirming the appointment of Josh Dugan as Director of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
BACKGROUND: Josh Dugan is selected to be the Director of DCNR. Josh has filled roles in the Executive Office, including Executive Operations Officer, Chief of Staff, and Special Projects Director. Prior to joining the office, Josh was a Division Manager in PDS, after a career in the US Navy where he rose to Command Master Chief. Josh has an extensive skill set and will be instrumental in DCNR achieving their very ambitious goals.
