PURPOSE: EasyVista Technical & Functional Improvements
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Information Technology Department (IT) had an in-depth functional and technical assessment of the Easy Vista Information Technology Service Management platform (EasyVista) performed to determine the improvements needed. As a result, professional services are required to implement the recommended improvements to EasyVista. DES through participation with NASPO, has negotiated and agreed to a Participating Addendum No. 05116 with Carahsoft Technology Corporation, a Maryland corporation, dated and effective August 1, 2017. This Participating Addendum references Master Agreement No. AR2472 by and between State of Utah and Carahsoft Technology Corporation which is administered by NASPO and is the product of State of Utah RFP CH16012. In the agreement, Carahsoft Technology Corporation offers many software products and services.
A Master Contract Usage Agreement between Snohomish County and the State of Washington cooperative purchases was approved by the County Council under Motion 24-232 and is currently in effect.
