PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 08 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. Changes have been made due to the city plan review comments after the project was bid. Additional demolition will be required based on revisions made during the city’s plan review period. Additional flooring, site demolition, and restroom accessories are required. A new wall unit heater will be installed to replace the unit that was removed during the moisture remediation process that occurred after the bid process.
