PURPOSE: This is a multi-year contract amendment for aviation security on-call consulting.
BACKGROUND:
Q Snohomish County Airport Paine Field (“Paine Field”) and Aviation Security Consulting, Inc. (ASC, Inc.) executed an aviation security on-call consulting agreement on January 30, 2020, pursuant to RFP No. 32-19SR.
Q ASC, Inc. assists Paine Field with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulatory compliance and recommendations.
Q RFP No. 32-19SR allows the contract term to be extended by the County for additional time.
Q Amendment No. 1 extends the contract for an additional two years allowing continued regulatory support and assistance amending documents contained within Paine Field’s Airport Security Program.
Q Amendment No. 1 updates the consultant rates and costs associated to the remaining optional task items within the original RFP-32-19SR and the additional contract term.
Q Amendment No. 1 is not to exceed $200,000.
