PURPOSE: To obtain Executive signature on Amendment 1 to FASTER Asset Solutions, Inc.
BACKGROUND: Fleet Services Division uses Faster Asset Solutions web-based Fleet Management System (FMS) to manage the Equipment Rental & Revolving (ER&R) program’s assets and inventory, preventive maintenance and work order scheduling, reporting, technician interface and customer billing interface. These functions are critical to the ER&R program and County operational successes. At this time, the parties wish to extend the Master Agreement for the duration of the County’s use, with an annual increase of 3% unless terminated in accordance with the Master Agreement. The master agreement was approved as to form by our DPA and this amendment was reviewed by our DPA. Expedited handling is requested.
