PURPOSE: Two separate Permits, each are to grant permission for Snohomish County’s consultants to access adjoining properties in the Snohomish River Regional Trail (SRRT) corridor owned by Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and US Gold Eagle Farms LP; to conduct a critical area reconnaissance for the County’s Trail Project.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County in partnership with the City of Everett, is planning to develop the Snohomish River Trail, a new regional trail, eventually planned to connect the City of Everett to the City of Monroe. The County intends to develop the Snohomish River Regional Trail, in part, on the County-owned Assessor Parcel ID Nos. 28051000301000, 28051500100600, 28051400101000, 28051300301600 & 28051300301700. As a preliminary step to trail development, the County intends to conduct a critical areas reconnaissance on its property as well as adjoining properties, including properties located at 5508 Lowell Snohomish River Road Snohomish, WA 98290 owned by US Golden Eagle Farms LP and Snohomish River Road Snohomish, WA 98290 owned by PSE, further described as Assessor Parcel ID Nos. 28051000300800 and 28050900400800. County has received permission to access the two adjoining parcels owners, one owned by US Golden Eagle Farms and one owned by PSE.
