PURPOSE: To obtain Council approval on Amendment 10 to Applied Data Systems, Inc. agreement.
BACKGROUND: The County and Applied Data Systems, Inc. entered into a service agreement on April 16, 2014 to expand the use of the web-based software as a service Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to provide improved scheduling, reporting, asset management, building system management, and real property and lease administration activities. This request is for continuing support services for the Archibus software as a perpetual subscription, cloud hosting and technical support under the Executive Order 23-02 for the term of one year of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Facilities and Fleet Management requests that the Snohomish County Executive sign the attached Amendment 10 to the Master Services Agreement with Applied Data Systems, Inc.
