PURPOSE: To obtain Council approval authorizing Executive to sign Amendment 1 to Agreement to Pay for Services Rendered to a Third Party with TouchPhrase Development (d/b/a Julota) for software services supporting the LEAD Program.
BACKGROUND: Julota provides case and data management software to third party contractors for the day-to-day operations of the LEAD Program. This software is essential for the coordination of services to LEAD clientele and for the collection of performance data of the program. The Council approved the first agreement with Julota in 2020, and subsequent amendments that adjusted the not-to-exceed (NTE) amount and term, in 2021 and 2022. Thereafter, the Council approved a second agreement for the term October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2026, with a NTE amount of $150,117.91.This Amendment 1 extends the term of the second contract to September 30, 2027, for the additional, one-year NTE amount of $50,459.00.
