PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve the 2025 interlocal agreement between Snohomish County and the Snohomish School District to provide technology and network services. The duration of this agreement shall be for five (5) years unless extended by mutual consent or terminated in writing by either party.
BACKGROUND: In order to mutually benefit the County and the Snohomish School District, both organizations have agreed to share space within the County’s data center for the purpose of cross connections to State, County, and other participating agencies. Additionally, the Snohomish School District is providing the County with a connection to the Snohomish Police Department. Services provided by each entity results in no cost or revenue for each party. This agreement allows for the Snohomish School District to request additional services from the County via Work Order (WO). The total cost of all WOs against this agreement shall not exceed $20,000 over the five (5) year term of the agreement.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: The Snohomish School District and the County are providing services to the other party which results in no expenses or revenue for the County. If Work Orders are executed for additional work provided by the County, the total shall not exceed $20,000 during the five (5) year term of this agreement.
