PURPOSE: To obtain the Council’s approval of and the Executive’s signature on Amendment No. 4 for Professional Services with Evergreen Recovery Centers for the LEAD and RNP Programs.
BACKGROUND: The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (PAO) administers three grants for the implementation of the County’s LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) Program and RNP (Recovery Navigator Program). The grant funds pass through the PAO to primarily the Evergreen Recovery Centers (ERC), which provides case management services for program participants and administrative support for the program staff. The Amendment No. 4 extends the term of PAO’s current contract with ERC to June 30, 2023, revises the Scope of Services, and adjusts the budget accordingly.
