PURPOSE: Approval of Agreement between Snohomish County and Axon for Interview Room Hardware and Software Services
BACKGROUND: In 2020 the County completed scoring of RFP 15-19DW for Interview Management Solutions. The highest ranked responsive proposal was submitted by Axon, Inc. for their turnkey interview solution that includes hardware, installation and ongoing software to manage interview recordings. The interview room solutions are planned for five rooms in the Courthouse, three existing and two new rooms being built as part of the County’s Courthouse Renovation currently under construction. The Agreement negotiated with Axon, Inc is for an initial 5-year term, with one additional 5-year term renewal that includes up to a 3% annual price increase during years 6-10. Costs included in the Fiscal Implications are estimates for the first five-year term.
