PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute Amendment 1 to the Intergovernmental Services Agreement to Provide Information Technology Services Agreement between the County and Community Transit. The duration of this agreement shall be for five years unless extended by mutual consent or terminated in writing by either of the parties. Snohomish County Information Technology Department will provide GIS Imagery Data to Community Transit to support their mapping needs.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County, through its Information Technology Department, provides information technology services to Community Transit through an Intergovernmental Services Agreement executed December 10, 2019. Community Transit has requested the County provide GIS Imagery Data to support thir mapping needs. Additional annual revenue for the GIS imagery data is $13,125. Approval of this Amendment 1 will allow the County Information Technology Department to provide the imagery data to Community Transit immediately upon execution. Expedited handling is being requested as Community Transit needs the GIS data to support their mapping needs immediately.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: Revenue for this intergovernmental services agreement was anticipated in the 2023 IT budget. Services provided by this amendment will increase the revenue by $26,250 through the remaining term of the agreement. See attached Fiscal Implications Worksheet.
