PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and authorixe execution of the 2026 Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Snohomish County and the Tulalip Tribes (“Tulalip”) to continue to provide Tulalip with IT services.
BACKGROUND: In order to mutually benefit the County and Tulalip, beginning in 2020, Snohomish County agreed to share imagery with Tulalip, and Tulalip agreed to share the associated cost, for the benefit of both organizations. Approval of this ILA will allow the County to continue to share the imagery with Tulalip as outlined in the Work Order (WO). The estimated annual revenue is $8,190.00 with a total estimated revenue for the six (6) year term of $49,140.00. The total cost of all WOs against this ILA shall not exceed $50,000 over the six-year term.
