EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approve
PURPOSE: Snohomish County Council approval of the License Agreement between Snohomish County as Licensor and SnoCope Credit Union as Licensee for space on the first floor lobby of the Snohomish County Administration West Building and to authorize the Property Officer or the Director of the Department of Facilities and Fleet to sign the License Agreement and any other documents necessary to carry out the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Click or tap here to enter text.SnoCope Credit Union currently has approximately 6 square feet of licensed space in the lobby of the Snohomish County West Administration Building. The licensed space is for an automated teller machine (ATM). The current License Agreement will expire December 31, 2021.
The purpose of this new License Agreement is to provide SnoCope Credit Union continued use of the space from January 1, 2022 and end December 31, 2025.
There is no fee for the licensed space as the ATM provides a public benefit to the citizens of Snohomish County.
Either party may terminate the License Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
