PURPOSE: Change Order 5 to extend the existing contract with PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. for an additional five years and add an option to integrate Symphony Contours with Virtual Noise Monitors (VNMs) at any time during the Amendment terms.
BACKGROUND: .

• This Amendment will also add an option for Paine Field to add the Virtual Noise Monitors (VNMs) module at any point during the agreement’s term for $15,000 annually.
• VNMs provide the flexibility to model expected noise at a given location and elevation based on aircraft type, etc. in the absence of physical hardware at the given location.
