PURPOSE: Approval of this Right-of-Way (ROW) plan will allow the ROW acquisition phase for the Jordan Creek Bridge 214 Replacement project.

BACKGROUND: This project replaces the existing single-lane timber bridge with a modern two-lane structure with shoulders. Construction of this project will require ROW acquisition from two (2) parcels and temporary easements from one (1) parcel. The Right-of-Way phase is scheduled to begin in early 2022. Estimates for ROW acquisition are based upon the Right of Way Funding estimate provided by Engineering Services. The ROW phase of the project is funded with Federal FHWA funds with a 20% local match. The project is in Council District #1. Collaboration with local tribes has been initiated and is ongoing. LDA Noticing was mailed July 8^th.  A public survey was conducted of area residents and stakeholders to determine if a full road closure or a detour bridge with intermittent closures is preferred. The majority of responses favored a full road closure.
