Amendment 2 to the Software Subscription Agreement for a Risk Management Information System between Origami Risk LLC and Snohomish County

PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is for authorization and execution of Amendment 2 to the Agreement between Origami Risk LLC and Snohomish County to extend the Agreement at a negotiated price for 5 years.
BACKGROUND: Through the RFP process, the County solicited proposals for a Risk Management Information System. Origami Risk LLC was selected as the preferred bidder and began services on January 15, 2015 for a 5 year contract term, including implementation and ongoing services. On January 15, 2020, the Agreement was extended for ongoing services for 5 years, ending January 14, 2025. Competition is waived in accordance with SCC 3.04.202(7). Beginning January 15, 2025, the parties have agreed to extend the Agreement for 5 additional years of ongoing services, unless terminated in writing by the County. Approval of this Amendment 2 will extend the Agreement until January 14, 2030 unless terminated by the County.
