4. PURPOSE:
To authorize approval of Micro-service Agreement with Seattle Parks Foundation for Leafline Trails Coalition
5. BACKGROUND: The Seattle Parks Foundation (SPF) acts as the fiscal sponsor for the Leafline Trails Coalition (Coalition), which Snohomish County is a member of. Through this agreement, SPF will disburse funds from Snohomish County to the Coalition and will assure that the funding is used for its intended purpose. Intended purposes include providing project management and facilitation services to plan and convene regular meetings of the Leadership Group, Coalition and working groups, to support aligned activities within the project including outreach & engagement, developing & promoting the sustainable funding model and metrics, fundraising and advancing the priorities of the Coalition.
Seattle Parks Foundation and Snohomish County have agreed to an amount of $9,999.00
