PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute Amendment 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services to provide website redesign consulting services.
BACKGROUND: The County needs the services of a consultant to provide a plan for a comprehensive update to modernize the County’s public websites and provide a modern, accessible platform for customers to easily utilize when engaging with County government to obtain services and information. RFP-23-037BC was published to solicit proposals for website redesign consulting services and Anthro-Tech, Inc. was selected by the Snohomish County evaluation committee as submitting the highest-ranking proposal to provide the services. A Professional Services Agreement was executed January 3, 2024. To ensure the County’s websites align with the goals and needs of all County departments, the IT Department wishes to add $25,000 to the amount available for optional professional services hours.
