PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of PW-23-003SB Change Order 07
BACKGROUND: The County and Hi-Mark Construction Inc. entered into an agreement on April 7, 2023, for the Courtroom 3D Tenant Improvements project. Superior Court requested additional AV equipment for this Courtroom. Change Order CO-07 covers items typically associated with changes in construction projects. The changes include items for unexpected hidden conditions (uneven floor, CMU protruding wall), clarifications of design elements that became apparent to the end users after some construction was in place (faucets to better fit the sinks, additional cable trays), and design revisions requested by the end user (reworking of the 3C Chambers).
