PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute Change Order 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services to provide consulting services, project management support, and advisory services in support of the County’s financial enterprise resource planning system implementation initiative. Change Order 1 will allow a preliminary business analysis review and a preliminary organizational change management review of the ERP project.
BACKGROUND: The County needs professional business consulting services, project management support, and advisory services in support of the County’s financial enterprise resource planning system implementation initiative. RedCloud Consulting will provide these professional services over an 18-month contract, beginning upon execution. Service competition has been waived in accordance with SCC 3.04.203. The County desires to have the consultant complete a preliminary business analysis review and a preliminary organizational change management review of the ERP project which requires a Change Order to the Agreement. The maximum cost for these professional services shall not exceed $42,880 during the contract term, including any extensions or renewals. Approval of Change Order 1 will allow RedCloud to proceed with a preliminary business analysis review of the financial enterprise resource planning system project.
