PURPOSE: The purpose is to execute amendment 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, LLC, to extend contract for state services one year.
BACKGROUND: Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, LLC responded to Request for Proposal RFP 22-027SB and was selected through established Federal, State, and County policies and practices. The current agreement for state governmental relations services expires July 31, 2024. This extension will be for a term from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025. This is the first of two one-year extensions that the contract provides for. The contract price includes a three percent annual increase.
