PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of RFP-23-20SR, Amendment 13.
BACKGROUND: This request is to Expedite. Facilities realized an oversight in the spend of the contract with Washington Alarm, Inc. and would like to increase the limit of the contract to align with actual costs spent and for future spends through the life of Amendment 12 and the contract end on December 9, 2025 and future spends. Please see the Tracking log for exact dollar details. We have multiple invoices that are awaiting payment once this request is approved.
