PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order PW-23-003SB-CO-09
BACKGROUND: The County and Hi-Mark Construction Inc. entered into an agreement on April 7, 2023, for the Courtroom 3D Tenant Improvements project. Change Order CO-09 covers items typically associated with changes in construction projects. The changes include items for unexpected door hardware requested by the Building Official during final inspection and millwork repair. The source of the millwork repair could not be determined. The Contractor is splitting that cost with the County.
