PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute SWO 19-2 to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Stanwood (Stanwood) to provide intergovernmental technology services. Snohomish County Information Technology Department will add GIS services to the existing services being provided to Stanwood.
BACKGROUND: The City of Stanwood and Snohomish County, through its Information Technology Department, provides information technology services entered into an Interlocal Agrement for services in 2018. In 2020, Snohomish County contracted with Pictometry International/EagleView for Orthoimagery and Stanwood has requested to participate in the imagery services through the County’s Agreement. Additional revenue for the imagery services over the remaining term is $2,362.50 per year for a total increase in services of $6,300.00. To accommodate IT growth and demands from Stanwood to modernize their mobile workforce, Stanwood has requested an increase in the overall contract limit.
