EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Lacey Harper 10/18/24

 

PURPOSE: To reclassify a Human Services Department position HSV8084R from a Registered Nurse to a Division Manager in 2024.

 

BACKGROUND: The Human Services Department has a business need to plan for, respond to, and train staff on the significant number of enterprise system changes to include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). It is critical that we have additional experienced and highly skilled and dedicated Division Manager level support to ensure we are able to prepare for, participate in, and ultimately successfully implement the new systems. The 2024 budget impact can be absorbed through the reduced FTE.
