EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approve - Lacey Harper

 

PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute Amendment 1 to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Lynnwood (Lynnwood) to provide intergovernmental technology services.  Snohomish County Information Technology Department will add connectivity to provide Washington State Inter-Governmental Network (IGN) Access to support Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Access.

 

BACKGROUND: The City of Lynnwood and Snohomish County, through its Information Technology Department, provides information technology services through an Interlocal Agreement entered into in 2020.  In 2022, Lynnwood has requested the County add connectivity to provide Washington State Inter-Governmental Network (IGN) Access to support Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Access.  Additional revenue for the connectivity services is $945.00 for 2022 and $1,890.00 per year thereafter for a total increase in services of $6,615.00 over the remaining term.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES:  Revenue for this intergovernmental services agreement was anticipated in the 2022 IT budget.  Services provided by this amendment will increase the revenue by $6,615 through the remaining term of the agreement.  See attached Fiscal Implications Worksheet.
