PURPOSE: The purpose of this task assignment with GeoEngineers, Inc. is to assist on the Building C-1(Precision/ATS) Site Remedial Investigation Planning & Implementation.
BACKGROUND: .
• The Airport requests authority to utilize the Snohomish County Public Works On-Call Contract for environmental consulting services.
• GeoEngineers, Inc. (“GeoEngineers”) of Seattle was selected to provide environmental consulting services pursuant to the Snohomish County Public Works On-Call Contract Agreement No. OCC23/2-7.8(U).
• GeoEngineers previously provided environmental consulting services on the former Precision/ATS lease area.
• Precision vacated the premises and left an undetermined amount contamination that needs further delineation.
• GeoEngineers will assist the Airport on the remedial investigation planning and implementation.
• The value of the formal task assignment no. 1 as part of the On-Call Contract is NTE $263,312.
• Public Works has reviewed the task assignment and has stated that it is contract compliant.
