PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 09 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. Changes have been made after the project was bid. The accessible units have been revised from having using the existing bathtubs with grab bars to showers allowing roll-in wheelchairs and operable, pre-fitted seats. The second portion of the change order covers repair of the domestic (cold and hot supply) water lines that were damaged due to the building being unoccupied. The plumbing subcontractor has based on the change on the actual time and materials to make the repairs.
