PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 13 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi) entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. Many of the interior, resident room doors have significant structural damage that prevents them from locking properly. This Change Order will cause those doors to be repaired or replaced as best economically possible.
