EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: A Boungjaktha 7/24/24
PURPOSE: To authorize the County Executive to sign Amendment 6 to the airport web-hosted database agreement with ProDIGIQ, Inc. and extend term of agreement for one additional year with additional compensation thereto.
BACKGROUND: .
• This contract was bid and Prodigiq, Inc. was selected per RFP 12-15SR on August 26, 2015.
• Prodigiq is a database company that is focused exclusively on airports and airport related database programs.
• This contract is for the vendor, Prodigiq, to support existing software programs established within the platform for one additional year.
• Total compensation for continued annual software and support services is not to exceed $64,992.
• This contract amendment is needed to ensure the continuity of airport operations which uses this proprietary software.
