ORIGINATOR:  Anna Morton

EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approved by Tom Teigen 6/28/26

PURPOSE: To authorize the County Executive to sign Phase 2 of the 2026-2028 On-Call Consultant Services Agreements under RFQ-25-0563BC.

BACKGROUND: The Facilities On-Call Consultant Services Program will be issuing multiple umbrella master agreements under a total of 6 disciplines. The terms of the agreements are 2 years from date of contract execution, with the option to extend or renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms contingent upon budget appropriation. The execution of the Facilities On-Call Consultant Services Master Agreements would expedite the process of obtaining consultant services and move projects forward in an efficient manner. Work under each task assignment is performed under the direction of a Project Manager employed by the County. The specific scope and cost of each project will be negotiated under task assignments that will be authorized by the Executive or their designee. Total payments for services under the Master Agreements shall not exceed the umbrella amounts as outlined in Exhibit A.
