EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Administrative Budget Change (a reallocation of monies between objects of expenditure within the same appropriation unit (program)) within Parks Construction Fund 309 - Regional Program 46. In total $1,571,139 will be transferred within the Regional Program 46 to shift funding from the Meadowdale 213 DAC to the Kayak Point 103 DAC, to provide funding to complete Phase II construction on the Kayak Point Park project.
BACKGROUND: Between Regional Program 46 - Transferring $1,571,139 prior year REET 2 dollars from Meadowdale-REET2-Constr Sv (309-51094621326599) to Kayak Point-REET2-Constr Svcs (309-51094610326599). This is needed to complete Phase II construction on the Kayak Point Park project. No fiscal impact to budget. Internal transfer within Parks Capital Fund 309 only.
