PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 04 to Lincoln Construction, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. (LCi)entered into an agreement on December 19th, 2024, for the construction phase of the New Start Center of Edmonds. LCi priced the project based on a start date in January 2025. Permitting issues at the City of Edmonds have delayed the start of construction. The price of door hardware has been impacted by tariffs and inflation. The City of Edmonds plan review is requiring improvements to the door hardware compared to the hardware included in the bid documents.
