EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Administrative Budget Change (a reallocation of monies between revenues within the same appropriation unit (program)) within Parks Construction Fund 309 - Regional Program 46. In total $1,685,428 will be transferred within the Regional Program 46 to shift revenue from the Department of Commerce Grant (0420) to the Department of Agriculture Grant (0210), to clarify where the grant is really coming from.
BACKGROUND: Originally, in the 25/26 budget process, $10,000,000 of grant funding was added into McCollum Park Food and Farming Center, as Department of Commerce grant, however, this $1,685,428 is really coming from the Department of Agriculture instead. So, we just need to move $1,685,428 of funding from DAC ending 0420 to ending in 0210. No fiscal impact to budget. Internal transfer within Parks Capital Fund 309 only.
