PURPOSE: Approve Agreement for Professional Services
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Target Zero Task Force is dedicated to raising awareness about vulnerable road user (Walker/Roller) safety and preventing crashes. We would like to utilize North Sound Media for helping to raise awareness through an advertising campaign. This campaign will use a combination of radio and digital advertising to deliver impactful messages to both drivers and pedestrians.
