PURPOSE: For Washington State University scientific and technical support through design services of SAF R&D Center.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is for technical and scientific support by WSU staff for facility design and development for the Sustainable Aviation Fuels Research and Development Center, as requested by the County. WSU shall provide technical and scientific support through its key employees, Joshua Heyne and Randall Boehm. WSU shall ensure that these key employees attend meetings, workshops, and presentations, as requested by County.
